Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or other channels • Troubleshoot customer problems and provide solutions • Work with customers to identify and resolve technical issues • Document customer inquiries, resolutions, and other information in a database • Work with internal teams to help identify and resolve customer issues • Assist in the maintenance of technical support tools and systems Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience in customer service • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of customer service best practices • Familiarity with general IT concepts and terminology • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks • Ability to adapt to changing customer needs • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve quickly and efficiently
